Union Community Care
Union Community Care required a full suite of custom ADA-compliant interior signage designed to reflect their warm, welcoming brand identity. Each sign was built around their colorful gradient border system, incorporating the organization's logo and brand palette across wayfinding, restroom, and room identification signs. The result is a cohesive signage system that meets accessibility requirements while maintaining a polished, patient-friendly aesthetic throughout their facility.
Each sign in this system is constructed with a digitally printed color backer paired with a backpainted white face panel, produced across multiple sizes to accommodate room identification, directional, stair, and directory applications. All signs include Grade 2 Braille and raised text in full ADA compliance, finished consistently across the facility in Union Community Care's brand color palette.
To complement the interior signage system, Union Community Care’s Lancaster West End location also required a strong exterior presence that carried the same brand identity to the outside of the building. I designed the illuminated channel letter signage mounted on the brick façade, ensuring the organization’s logo and color palette remained vibrant and highly visible from the street. In addition, a custom light box monument sign was developed for the site entrance, providing clear identification and wayfinding for visitors arriving at the facility. Together, the exterior signage elements extend the brand established by the interior ADA-compliant signs, creating a cohesive and recognizable experience from arrival through entry.
